NexGen Leadership Program

The NexGen Leadership Program fosters a group of young leaders who are motivated to learn, engage, and act within their community to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Connecting our young leaders with credible Non-profit organizations with a mission to provide opportunities to undeserved children and families.

NexGen Requirements:

Complete Training Workshop
Attend Quarterly Zoom Meetings
Build a relationship with a local non-profit organization and volunteer at least 4 hours
Organize a minimum of 2 fundraisers (Ex: Make-up party, Paint party, Bakesale, etc.) Fundraising Goal: $1,000
Participate in at least 2 HYAC community Events
Use Social Media Accounts to share about HYAC
9 years of age or older
